The Carlsbad Winter & Wine Festival is a limited, high value opportunity to show your organization’s pride in and give back to the Southeastern New Mexico community, while building relationships with local and regional partners and stakeholders, and promoting your brand to local
and regional consumers and tastemakers.
All festival proceeds will be used to advance the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce’s mission of providing leadership, guidance and support to the business community for the promotion of economic, community and tourism growth.
The Title Sponsor of the 2023 Carlsbad Winter & Wine Festival will be granted exclusive naming rights such that their company brand name will become a part of the official name of the event itself, and therefore will be integrated into all references to the festival title within marketing materials, printed on giveaways and merchandise, and included in any official communications with the public (e.g "Title Sponsor Name" 2023 Carlsbad Winter & Wine Festival). The 2023 Title Sponsor will also be granted first right of refusal for the Title Sponsorship of the 2024 Carlsbad Winter & Wine Festival. The Title Sponsorship of the 2023 Carlsbad Winter & Wine Festival is our most exclusive and high value opportunity to show your organization’s pride in and give back to the Southeastern New Mexico community, while building relationships with local and regional partners and stakeholders, and promoting your brand to local and regional consumers and tastemakers. All festival proceeds will be used to advance the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce’s mission of providing leadership, guidance and support to the business community for the promotion of economic, community and tourism growth. Current merchandise, giveaway, and marketing plans include the following branding and promotional opportunities for the Festival’s Title Sponsor: • Printed name and branding on The Official Winter & Wine Festival Tasting Glass – each of which will be given away free of charge to over 1000 festival attendees. • Printed name and branding on The Official Winter & Wine Festival Premium Insulated Wine Tote Bag, beer tasting glass, and very popular Patch Trucker Snapback Hat – exclusive giveaways for 300 VIP passholders, including some of the most prominent members of the Carlsbad community and surrounding areas. • Printed name and branding on the front cover of (and a variety of locations within) the official Winter & Wine Festival program. • Prominent display of name and branding on the Winter & Wine information website and online store. • Prominent display of name and branding on all onsite event banners and signage. • Name and branding featured in all print advertising, internet marketing, promotional brochures, festival posters and other promotional materials. • Name and branding featured in all local/regional print and electronic advertising including: Radio , dedicated social media campaigns, online marketing and targeted advertising. Finally, The Title Sponsor organization will receive 6 VIP Passes to the event itself, including access to a VIP only Friday night party with catered hors d'oeuvres and tastings from the most talented local chefs and the best local restaurants in Carlsbad. The 6 VIP passholders sent by the Title Sponsor will also receive exclusive “backstage” access to festival organizers, vendors and any performers booked by the event, exclusive access which will not be made available to any other festival attendees or partners.
Platinum Sponsorship of the 2023 Carlsbad Winter & Wine Festival is a limited, high value opportunity to show your organization’s pride in and give back to the Southeastern New Mexico community, while building relationships with local and regional partners and stakeholders, and promoting your brand to local and regional consumers and tastemakers. All festival proceeds will be used to advance the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce’s mission of providing leadership, guidance and support to the business community for the promotion of economic, community and tourism growth. Current merchandise, giveaway, and marketing plans include the following branding and promotional opportunities for the Festival’s Platinum Sponsors: • Printed Logo on the official festival tote bags– tote bags will be given away free of charge to over 600 festival attendees. • Printed Logo on the official festival bamboo tasting plate – an exclusive giveaway for 300 VIP passholders, including some of the most prominent members of the Carlsbad community and surrounding areas. • Printed Logo on the front cover of the official Winter & Wine Festival program. • Prominent display of Logo on all onsite event banners and signage. • Logo or name featured in all local/regional print and electronic advertising including: Radio, dedicated social media campaigns, online marketing and targeted advertising. Gold Sponsorship of the 2023 Carlsbad Winter & Wine Festival is a limited, high value opportunity to show your organization’s pride in and give back to the Southeastern New Mexico community, while building relationships with local and regional partners and stakeholders, and promoting your brand to local and regional consumers and tastemakers. All festival proceeds will be used to advance the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce’s mission of providing leadership, guidance and support to the business community for the promotion of economic, community and tourism growth. As a Gold Sponsor, your organization will be an important supporter of the Chamber of Commerce’s commitment to the health and safety of all Festival attendees, vendors, staff and VIP Passholders, so merchandise printed with Gold Sponsors’ logos will have a special focus on hygiene and safety. The 2023 Carlsbad Winter & Wine Festival is soliciting in Kind Donations of a variety of perishables and supplies to be used onsite at the Festival. In kind donations are a fantastic way to support the festival and show your Carlsbad Pride! The list below includes all items that we are specifically soliciting as in kind donations for this year’s event, but the Winter & Wine Festival will consider any in kind donations your organization believes would enhance the experience of our attendees, so don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have something you’d like to contribute that isn’t included on the list below! • Bottled Water • Coffee • Tea • Chocolate • Bread • Cheese • Crackers
